The Vinyl Hub – Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
At The Vinyl Hub, we aim to provide flexibility and transparency for all purchase options offered through our Shopify store, including one-time purchases, pre-orders, and any subscription-based services. This policy outlines how cancellations are handled for each option.
Order Cancellations (One-Time Purchases)
- Online orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
- To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately with their order number.
Refunds After Cancellation
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
Exceptions
- Custom, limited-edition, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation.
- The Vinyl Hub reserves the right to deny cancellation requests that fall outside the conditions outlined above.
