Shipping policy
Orders are shipped the best way based on weight and size of package.
ONLINE ORDERS
We do our very best to ship most online orders within 1-3 business days when the item/s you ordered are in stock. However, this time frame is not guaranteed especially during holiday seasons. Once your item/s have shipped, we have no control over any shipping delays from the carrier. Please make sure your delivery address is correct during your check out process. If your items are returned to us, then you will be responsible for shipping charges to resend your order. If you choose to not have the order resent, you will be given a refund minus a restocking fee of 20% and the original shipping charges.

ONLINE ORDER WITH "IN STORE PICK UP" OPTION
We do offer in store pick up for customers that live in or near Huntsville, AL. This option can be chosen during your online check out process. When your order is ready for pick up, you will be notified by e-mail. Please do not come to the store to pick up your order without being notified by us that your order is ready. We will not stop servicing our in-store customers to complete your order. If you are not able to pick up your order as you first chose, we will ship it to you upon your request. You will be invoiced by e-mail for the shipping. That invoice must be paid prior to us shipping your order. Once you have been notified that your order has been fulfilled and is ready for pick up, proceed to the store during normal business hours. Orders that are not picked up within 30 days become property of The Vinyl Hub and no refund will be issued.
