Returns / Refunds

In Store Retail

We do not offer returns or refunds.  However, upon approval from management you may be authorized for an in-store credit or exchange.  These requests must be communicated within 3 business days of receiving your order or are forfeited.  Once acknowledged by management, you will be notified of our response along with further instructions by e-mail/text within 2-3 business days. 

Custom orders 

***All custom orders require pre-payment prior to us adding it into our production schedule.   

All custom-created items are made specifically to order.   Once an order is placed, design, materials and preparation begin immediately.  Because of this, custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.    Time and resources have already been invested to create your personalized item/s.

Artwork is subjective.   We do our very best to create what you have communicated.    Art charges are $45 and hour, prorated every 15 minutes.    Once we have created art for your order, small revisions such as minor text changes, color adjustments or simple layout tweaks can be made 1 time at no charge.   Any new art directions, redesigns, or larger changes beyond the initial revision will be subject to additional art charges. 

We encourage customer to carefully review all order details, artwork, sizes, colors and quantities before approving an order.   Contact us right away if any changes need to be made.  We are always happy to help.
