With more than 30 years of experience in screen printing, graphic design, and production art, Dan is recognized throughout the screen printing industry as a leader in professional color separations and prepress solutions. His expertise includes simulated process, index color, spot color, traditional halftones, stochastic printing and specialty printing techniques.

Throughout his career, Dan has partnered with thousands of screen printers and apparel decorators around the world, providing expert color separations, production artwork, and technical solutions for businesses of every size—from startup print shops to large commercial operations. His reputation has been built on creating separations that are not only visually impressive but engineered to print efficiently, consistently, and accurately.

Dan also works directly with other screen-printing businesses to provide professional consulting services. Custom Mixed Ink Colors (Pantone® Color Matching)

Some logos and brand standards require a very specific ink color that cannot be achieved with our standard ink selection. In these cases, we can custom mix ink to closely match your required Pantone® (PMS) color or other approved brand color specifications.

Custom color matching is ideal for:

  • Corporate brand guidelines
  • Franchise logos
  • Universities and schools with official colors
  • Organizations that require consistent branding across all printed apparel

Because custom ink mixing requires additional materials, labor, testing, and setup, custom mixed ink colors are available for an additional charge.
